All of our retreats and workshops are held in small groups, guided in real time by a qualified counsellor, to recreate the feeling of an in-person retreat as closely as possible. This means there is always help on hand, as well as a supportive community to share ideas and experiences. You’ll receive personal guidance through each retreat or workshop and you’ll walk away with a toolbox of self-care techniques and strategies to sustain your wellbeing and lead the way to a healthier, happier you.
Our retreats can be joined using a phone or a tablet but for best results use a desktop computer or laptop with a webcam where possible. There will be opportunities to be part of the group on screen, to take part in group activities and share thoughts and feelings, but this is not compulsory and there is also plenty of time spent with cameras off to focus and relax.
