Many people come to therapy wanting to understand themselves better — what helps them feel steady, and what tends to knock them off balance.
I created My Wellbeing Map as a simple, reflective workbook to help you begin noticing these patterns in your own life, at your own pace. You might use it alongside therapy, or — if you’re not doing therapy just yet — as a way to support your own reflections.
There’s no “right” way to complete it, and no single version of wellbeing to aim for — the focus is simply on helping you to build awareness of your own patterns, experiences, and what supports you.
You’re welcome to download the workbook and explore it in your own time — or bring it into therapy as a starting point for deeper conversation…
